• The Hirer is responsible for any accidents occurring in relation to the use of the goods.
• The hirer shall accept full responsibility for the safe keeping of the goods, and indemnify the owner for all loss, theft , damage to goods however caused.
• The Hirer shall accept full responsibility for and indemnify the owner against all claims in respect of any injury to persons, or damage to property, arising from the use of the goods during the time that they are in possession of the goods.
• The Hirer shall pay the owner all hire charges, including loss or damage to the items hired, as decided by the owner following assessmentof the items.
• The items must be returned to the owner Karana Weddings in the same condition as they were supplied to the hirer.
• In the case of monies outstanding due to loss, damage or other cause, identified by the owner, the hirer will make full payment of costs and or losses within 7 days of written notification from the owner.
• The Hirer shall pay an additional hire charge (an amount to be specified by the owner) should the Goods not be made available for collection on the date specified by the Hirer.
• The owner reserves the right to request a security bond from the hirer at any time.
• When the 20% deposit is paid it is non refundable.
• If the deposit of 20% exceeds $300, the amount exceeding $300 will be refunded.

• We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to karanahire@yahoo.com.au requesting no further contact.
• Karana Weddings does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

We deliver to Young and surrounding areas. Cost is $35 including return.

• All Linen (chair covers, sashes, table linen) are delivered in cartons – each will weigh between 10 – 15 kgs.
• Following your function please neatly re-pack all linen into the boxes they were sent to you in.
• Please shake linen and remove any food, sprinkles etc. before packing.
• Please ensure cartons are fastened with tape.
• Apply the (supplied) return label.
• If linen has stains or burn marks that cannot be removed you will be charged the replacement price of the item.
• Please be careful with candles as wax is difficult to remove.

Payment Details

• A 20% deposit on approximate number of items – is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining 80% balance owing will be re-assessed on the final number of hire products booked.
• The Balance must be finalised no later than 14 days prior to the required delivery date.
• Full payment is required before any products leave our warehouse for delivery.
